Metaferia Consulting Engineers (MCE) P.L.C. is a private limited company established under the laws of Ethiopia. All the share holders are Ethiopians.

The Managing Director is responsible for all day to day activities. The Managing director enters into any contract with third parties and is bestowed with full power to decide on the operation of the company.  Key positions of the company are occupied by partners.

Partners are professional who take part in the running of the company and are beneficiaries of the proceeds of the commercial operations. The partners (in addition to the Managing Director) are:

  • Melaku Mekonnen - Senior Irrigation Engineer
  • Anteneh Dagnatchew - Head of Administration and Finance Dept.
  • Abebe Mandefro - Senior Water Supply Engineer
